Returns + Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, and if you don’t love it, we now offer easy returns for eligible products!!
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return for a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
- Items not eligible for returns:
- Sale items are not eligible for refund, however; sale items can be exchanged for another size or style of equal price, if available or for store credit.
- If you wish to return a sale item and cannot find a style to exchange for a store credit will be issued. (Gift Card)
- Returned items will not be accepted after 15 days from date of delivery. International orders are final sale.
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable. For international orders, shipping fees, duties and taxes are nonrefundable.

- Please ship the items within 5-7 business days.
- Once your return is received it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return.
GIFT RETURNS
- If you are returning an item you received as a gift. Follow the return instructions above, indicate on notes it was a gift.
- You will receive a onetime credit for the amount of purchase. Credit is valid for 40 days.
EXCHANGES
- If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative size or color please complete the process outlined above. The store will issue a return and provide you with a store credit to process the correct size/color or style.
- Once your exchange is received it will be processed within 5-7 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
LOST PACKAGES
- You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a delivery method that utilizes proof of delivery.
- If for any reason your package gets lots you need to contact the shipping provider you selected at checkout to submit a claim.
- Once orders are handed to the shipper they are responsibility of the shipping company.
