Returns + Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and if you don’t love it, we now offer easy returns for eligible products!!

RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return for a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. 
  • Items not eligible for returns:
Gift cards.
Items passed 15 days past delivery date.  
Items that do not include the attached original tag.
Items that have been washed or worn. 
Personalized or custom orders.

    • Sale items are not eligible for refund, however; sale items can be exchanged for another size or style of equal price, if available or for store credit. 
    • If you wish to return a sale item and cannot find a style to exchange for a store credit will be issued. (Gift Card)
    • Returned items will not be accepted after 15 days from date of delivery. International orders are final sale.
    • Shipping cost are not refundable. 

    RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

    2. Please ship the items within 5-7 business days.
    3. Once your return is received it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return.

    GIFT RETURNS 

    • If you are returning an item you received as a gift. Follow the return instructions above, indicate on notes it was a gift. 
    • You will receive a onetime credit for the amount of purchase. Credit is valid for 40 days.

    EXCHANGES 

    • If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative size or color please complete the process outlined above. The store will issue a return and provide you with a store credit to process the correct size/color or style. 
    • Once your exchange is received it will be processed within 5-7 business days.

    LOST PACKAGES

    • If for any reason your package gets lots you need to contact the shipping provider you selected at checkout. 
    • Once orders are handed to the shipper they are responsibility of the shipping company. 
    • If your package is lost and we the shipper is unable to locate we will provide a store credit for the amount of your order excluding shipping and handling fees. 
    • Store credits will be issued 15 days after estimated time of arrival of your package as carriers might be experiencing delays. Refunds will not be issued for lost orders.
