All of our products are handcrafted and carefully selected. They should be handled with care and love. You will find that each item is unique in its own right and might look different from others within the same line.

After 15 days upon receiving your Folklore products, Folklore Baby & Kids, will no longer assume responsibility for any damaged merchandise. However we are more than happy to give you recommendations on how you can care for your products.

Clothing

For all of our clothing  (sweaters, dresses, ponchos, beanies, leg warmers) we strongly recommend you hand wash or gentle wash with similar colors with a gentle detergent in cold water, and please air-dry flat. Be sure to never use bleach or Woolite, these could seriously damage the clothing. If you notice any loose threads you can snip those with scissors, DO NOT pull them, as this could and probably will damage the garment.

Pima Cotton blankets & Bibs

Wash with like colors in cold water and dry in medium temperature.

Toys

Before first use clean gently with a wet cloth; don’t use any harsh chemicals as these could damage the finish of the toy. If you notice a loose thread you can snip it with scissors. You could use a gentle toy cleaner such as Babyganics Toy and highchair cleaner.
