RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return for a refund or request an exchange within 10 days of purchase. 
  • Returns will only be accepted on full priced items. Any items purchased at a discounted price through store markdowns or promotional codes are not eligible for return, they are final sale
  • Products need to be in brand new condition (unworn and unwashed) and with tags to be accepted for return or exchange. Those products that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer.   
  • Shipping cost are not refundable. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Please email us at info@folklorelasninas.com with your order number listing the products you would like to return and the reason for the return. Please include your phone number in case we need to contact you for additional information. 
  2. Once we receive your email and return request is approved, we will send you an email containing your Return ID and return address. 
  3. Please ship the items within 7 business days upon receiving the confirmation email. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. 
  • Once your return is received it will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return.

GIFT RETURNS 

  • If you are returning an item you received as a gift. Follow the return instructions above, indicate on the email that it was a gift. 
  • You will receive a onetime credit for the amount of purchase. Credit is valid for 40 days.

EXCHANGES 

  • If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative size or color please complete the process outlined above. The store will issue a return and provide you with a store credit to process the correct size/color or style. 
  • Once your exchange is received it will be processed within 5-7 business days.

LOST PACKAGES

  • If for any reason your package gets lots you need to contact the shipping provider you selected at checkout. 
  • Once orders are handed to the shipper they are responsibility of the shipping company. 
  • If your package is lost and we the shipper is unable to locate we will provide a store credit for the amount of your order excluding shipping and handling fees. 
  • Store credits will be issued 15 days after estimated time of arrival of your package as carriers might be experiencing delays. Refunds will not be issued for lost orders.
