• If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return for a refund or request an exchange within 10 days of purchase. 
  • Returns will only be accepted on full priced items. Any items purchased at a discounted price through store markdowns or promotional codes are not eligible for return, they are final sale
  • Products need to be in brand new condition (unworn and unwashed) and with tags to be accepted for return or exchange. Those products that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer.   
  • Shipping cost are not refundable. 


  1. Please email us at with your order number listing the products you would like to return and the reason for the return. Please include your phone number in case we need to contact you for additional information. 
  2. Once we receive your email and return request is approved, we will send you an email containing your Return ID and return address. 
  3. You will be charged a restocking fee of 12% which will be deducted from your final refund amount once the return is received, inspected and approved. 
  4. Please ship the items within 7 business days upon receiving the confirmation email. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. 
  • Once your return is received it will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return.


  • If you are returning an item you received as a gift. Follow the return instructions above, indicate on the email that it was a gift. 
  • You will receive a onetime credit for the amount of purchase. The 12% restocking fee will be waived for store credit returns. Credit is valid for 40 days.


  • If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative size or color please complete the process outlined above. The store will issue a return and provide you with a store credit to process the correct size/color or style. 
  • Once your exchange is received it will be processed within 5-7 business days.
